1. Introduction to LFT

2. LFT composition

Third, the difference between LFT and SMC
The product manufacturing process of LFT sheet is very similar to the SMC (sheet moulding) in thermosetting composite glass fibre reinforced plastics. It is also made by pressing sheets in the mould. LFT is a hard sheet that is heated and softened and then cold-pressed in the mould, while SMC is hot-pressed after the cold soft sheet is placed in the mould.
